Our Story
Our farm comprises 170 feddan (acres) of reclaimed desert land in the South Baheira governorate (just west of the Nile Delta). Founded by our uncle in the early nineties as his personal refuge from the hustle and bustle of Cairo, my siblings and I took it over and have gradually shifted the focus towards the cultivation of olives. Over the past ten years, we've planted over 60 additional feddan (acres) of new olive trees of various cultivars, but still grow great asparagus and dates on the land.
Growing up with a Greek mum, olives and olive oil are a family obsession, and over the years we have honed our skills to the point where we are now proud to produce an extra virgin olive oil that we think holds up well against the most exalted brands globally.
Our People
Our team works meticulously to produce the finest extra virgin olive oil, combining tradition with innovation.
